Rules for Contruibutors
- Contributions are welcome only from those who agree to abide by the following rules.
- Visitors are welcome to submit suggestions for new words or definitions, but the final decision of whether or not to add a contribution will be solely at the discretion of the site owner.
- Contributors agree that they will not receive any monetary compensation or other benefits for their contributions, except for the possibility of having their name listed on the website if they so choose.
- Contributors retain ownership of their copyright in their submissions, but they grant the site owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their contributions in any form or medium.
- Once a word or definition is added to the website, it will be under the control of the site owner. The site owner reserves the right to keep, modify, or remove the content at any time.
- Contributors agree that their submissions are accurate and do not contain any false or misleading information.
- Contributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site owner from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against the site owner arising out of any breach by them of these terms and conditions or other liabilities arising out of their use of this website.
- The site owner reserves the right to remove any contributor’s page from the website at any time, without notice or explanation.
Disputes
- In the event of any dispute between a contributor and the site owner, the site owner’s decision will be final and binding.
- The site owner will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of any contributor’s submissions.
