Francke, Donald Eugene

Donald Eugene Francke (1910-1978) was director of hospital pharmacy at the University of Michigan hospitals. He was involved in international pharmacy and was one of the founders of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and longtime editor of its journal. He was an early supporter of the concept of clinical pharmacy and received the Remington Honor Medal in 1970 and Whitney Award in 1953.
