Prescott, Albert Benjamin

A professor, doctor, and pharmacy dean at the University of Michigan (1832-1905). He changed pharmacy education by encouraging students to study in college before starting their apprenticeship. He started the School of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan and believed in the importance of lab work in pharmacy education. He is known as the Father of Phi Delta Chi.
